NEAS Meet-up's Westford ma (buy sell swap)11/4 see post #1090

Everyone should also be aware of the Avian Influenza that killed the swans in Mass. NAS sent out or has info on their site about it. Use BioSecurity measures and remember it can be passed to pet birds as well. Very contagious and birds must be destroyed. Sad thing to know it is back.

Hello! My name is Jennie and I signed up for this forum for the reason of posting in this thread, haha. Anywho, I haven't been to this exact swap in quite a while. What can I expect..?

Thats the thing about the Westford swap, you never know what your gonna find! Poultry, rabbits, goats, rodents, etc...plus supplies for all of them, cages feed and game birds too!

We couldnt make the swap today

, I have the sniffles so it is either my allergies or a sinus cold. The headache and burning watery eyes tell me I have a sinus cold. How was the swap??? Were there a lot of people, but more so, were there any cage birds there? Maybe not because of how chilly it was out that early???

Sorry u did not make it, there was a lot of peaple, great turnout for iy being feb lol, yep ther were caged birds.
I got a pair of orange canarys, and a trio of red gold young pheasants. Sold all the pullets I brought and finally the pair of t touluse geese so happy they went to a good home. And sold some cages yay

Looking for pheasant hens, I bought a trio last swap and the male killed both my hens, so poed.
I will also have some polish lf and cochin bantam and duccle chicks for sale, they will be about a month old by the swap.
