Neck hanging. Looks very strange. Weird. Please help anyone.

Now I am almost certain it has something to do with the cold. My chicken got up perfect this morning. I am now almost certain it has something to do with the cold. For the first time in a week we good sunny weather yesterday. I let my birds free-range and I think they enjoyed it. I am going to head back home to give them another day in the sunshine because the weather is going to be quite sunny today as well.
