neck injury, no feathers

My chikc is 4 weeks old, and we just moved into coup, out of garage. She had this open sore on her neck, I am not sure if the others are pecking her, but I watch and never see it. I took picturs, but am not sure how to post them. These are my first chickens so I am really at a loss on what to do. My book said to clean with hydo proxide, and I have done that 2x, but it looks like it is getting bigger.

You won't be able to post pics for a while, unfortunately, a policy implemented recently because of an onslaught of spammers.

There are also several anti-pick products available which people use to mask the presence of a wound to the others. You may need to separate the chick for a day or two to get her healed, as chickens will peck any wound they see, especially if there is fresh blood.
