Neck problem

Your very truncated post requires much too much guessing in order to try to help you. More information is needed.

If your chicken is making weird neck movements sort of like a cobra snake, then it's most likely a crop disorder causing it. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/
Not making any weird neck movements. She is eating and drinking but does not want to be around rest of flock except the chicken tjat has always been by her side. I have given the olive oil and I don't feel food in her crop. It feels like her neck bone or maybe breast bone is dislocated.

The neck and breast bone (called the keel bone) are located inches apart. Could it be that this chicken has swallowed something that makes it look like her neck bone?

I want to help, but you need to try to describe in much more detail what you think is wrong.

What country do you live in? Is English a language you do not use very much?

Here are some more pictures. Its her left side. So I just don't know what else it could be.

Is she otherwise acting normal? Is she eating okay? Drinking? Or are these activities difficult for her?

Torticollis or wry neck can cause a deviation of the neck, resulting in odd positions of the neck and head. Try giving her a vitamin E capsule 400iu in the 1000mg strength. Buy it anywhere they sell people vitamins. Give it once a day directly into the beak with a little cooked egg for absorption.
