Twisting of the neck does sound like a neurological symptom - some common causes are disease like Marek's, trauma and nutritional/vitamin deficiency. You can try vitamin therapy to see if that helps. Give her vitamin E and B1. This is easily done by providing 400IU Vitamin E along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day.

I'm sorry that Rosemary died. It's been a while since you started the thread. Looking at the posts you made and the comments I suggested (you had a video too). She may have had some crop issues? E, B and D can be helpful to birds that are not well, but they won't specifically treat crop issues. Unfortunately, some birds still decline no matter how much loving care they are given.
