Is it only the little one that is sneezing and has eye issues?

All of the others are sneezing, the smaller one has worse sneezing and the eye issue

So it could be a respiratory illness or disease and antibiotics may help.

All antibiotics care dosed by the weight of the bird. You'd need a good weight and name of an exact product you order.

Can I use MicrocynAH Ophthalmic Gel? It's all they have for eyes

I would highly suggest using a proper feeder and putting the top on the waterer and putting them both up on a piece of board or the like so they're out of the shavings. Being able to walk in and poop in the food and water (and tip the water into the food) is not helping anything.

I hope they continue to improve

I've since put the top on the water, I didn't want to use a feeder because I thought it'd be easier to spot if there was anything wrong with the food without one
