That seems like a lot of money for a feeder. You can make them relatively simply and cheaply from a lidded plastic bucket and some drain fillings. If you search for "no spill feeders" here on BYC I'm sure you will find the DIY ones I am thinking of and how to make them. There doesn't need to be enough room for all birds to feed at once as they are not all going to stand at the feeder all day long, they will come and go as they feel hungry or sated but having multiple feed (and water) stations is beneficial for ensuring all birds get enough.
Your young cockerels will start stressing the flock soon when their hormones surge, if they haven't already and stress can make birds vulnerable to sickness, so you need to start thinking about removing them and penning separately or butchering.
