Can someone please tell me what these bubbles are? Upon puncturing a couple they spilled clear liquid.

A little background on her-

Georgia was a rescue so I am unsure of her age. She was laying this year but not much and I don't think she laid in the past 4 weeks. She has had chronic poopy butt, along with a couple other of my hens. About 3 days ago I gave her a bath to clean up her butt and found an open soar below her vent, with very tiny maggots on her skin! There were these teeny flies hovering around her butt too, the size of fruit flies. Is there a fly this small that can cause flystrike? After soaking her for a long time I believe all maggots were removed/ drowned, and I dried her up and applied vetericyn.

The last three days before she passed, she lost interest in food and water. Her abdomen was hard. Her crop felt like silly putty and massaging it did not seem to help it. She spent a lot of her time standing with her eyes closed, and sometimes body shaking which made me worry she was in pain.

I tried to do a necropsy but could not finish it..

I am so sorry. I have no answer for you; however, I am very interested in what you find out.
