Dog thread!🐾

Because first of all, I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and just got out yesterday, and second of all, I am (most likely) moving and he can’t come with. which, I know, I know, but this is totally different. I somewhat have to even though no one was technically forcing me to. I’m choosing to for my own safety. Not because my family is unsafe or anything like that (they are great) but because I can’t keep myself safe here by myself and I can’t keep going and out of hospitals either. SO! I am choosing to move into a group home. but he will stay with that friend and not a total stranger so I am happy about that. Brewster loves him too and he loves Brewster and Brewster has another dog to play with which makes him happy. And occasionally their granddog who is Brews best friend comes over too so it’s perfect. I can visit too or they will bring him to visit occasionally.

Oh my goodness Shrek, I’m so so sorry. That’s horrible like literally my worst nightmare

I am so sorry this new development is such a hard one for you. That had to a heartbreaking decision to make, but it sounds like a wise one for everyone involved, including Brewster.

I'm glad he's going somewhere that he's familiar with and that you can see him.
