Necropsy photos warning graphic help me figure out what is going on?

Thank you all for the compliments. I am a bit nerdy when it comes to things like this, being a hobby photobug and all. I cant stand it when pictures are fuzzy, and aren't concise in what they are supposed to show!!!!! Just to let you all know, the hen was dispatched in the late evening, and then necropsied in the morning. So that may lend to the spots that are seen in the liver? I dont know. All my other hens are doing just fine, except one is just now getting back to laying. I had her penned up in a dirt pen too long without grass, so the lack of diverse foods had gotten her off track. so now she is going through the motions of getting back to laying.
Anyway, this thread is not about that hen! ha ha. yes, i do look forward in someone who is experience in this telling me what they think, just so i can learn, and maybe do some preventative measures. I do realize cancer cannot be prevented if it is genetics. But i can always learn and try non the less! thank you all again for your compliments and help, i will research the above mentioned diseases/conditions today.

So based on this article, it is most certainly not mareks. (Collective sigh of relieve here). Also i do not think it is the lymphoid leukosis, as all the symptoms that i saw in the link above were not there EXCEPT one, tumors. But then again, these tumors were all on the intestines, not on the heart and ovary.
I hope i am not wrong.

I'm still hoping someone with greater knowledge will comment further.

I know! i wonder if i print out pictures and take them to our local small animal vet, if they would at least look at them. we are at the friend level with them, so i should try that. If i can do that, ill let you all know what i find out. Otherwise, add another pop corn eating image right next to yours! ha ha.

If you take pictures in...that would be fantastic if you would update us.

Maybe, possibly...someone may see this and comment too.

I remembered that a young friend of mine is a vet tech. Duh, hello, put two and two together here. So i emailed them to her. she said if she cant figure it out, she'll ask her professors.
