NECROPSY--what happened

this spot here concerns me a bit, looks like blood clotting and an injury that caused internal bleeding this does look like something but I'm not an expert on chickens.
I did read my moms medical books like 10 years and and seen things like this in human livers that were perforated etc and looks same here. the coagulated blood chunks the arrows point too.

Is that some hemorrhage or blood clots around the liver? If the lungs have lesions, I would wonder about aspergillosis or brooder pneumonia. I am an amateur at necropsies, but thanks for posting pictures. Very sorry for your loss.

That is the same thing i was thinking. i posted a picture with arrows that point to what looks like blood clots on the liver.
