Need a Calm QUIET Rooster Breed if there is such a thing !!

Short answer is No, sorry.
Any chicken can make 'too much noise'.
Yep, this is for certain.

Crowing roosters are unavoidable. Bantams can be better, they have a slightly quieter crow, but its also higher pitched. I find it adorable, though some find it annoying.
I found that my Orp mix crowed less them other roosters I had, but all roosters will crow. It really depends on the rooster rather then the breed.
Why do you have a rooster if you don't like the crowing? Ornamental? Fertility? Protection?
Having a secure coop and run is the best way to protect you flock. Most roosters will run from a predator anyway, so your lucky if you get one that will actually protect your flock. For free ranging, Guineas will sound the alarm if predators are near by which is often way more protection then a rooster.
You can also get some REALLY beautiful hens, roosters aren't the only pretty ones.
Fertility, I don't have much of a solution for that other then buying fertile hatching eggs. Sometimes that nice though, because you can get pure and specific breeds of poultry. Maybe you have a friend with chickens to, she'll likely give you free hatching eggs if you want.

Orphingtons cockerals are proberly one of the quietest but they still crow
Our blue orpington roo has completely stopped crowing. He is healthy and still mates the hens.

We only have a few chickens, 4 layers, and 2 new chicks small breed and though our Rooster wasn't aggressive to us he was crowing incessantly !!! I like the idea that my broody hens should be able to hatch the next generation of chickens, but ... now that he's gone it's sooo peaceful !!! Is there any breed of the more docile chickens like the Cochins or Australorp or Easter egger breeds that their Rosters are NOT constantly crowing ?? We had an aggressive but beautiful Rooster but removed him. I'm not the kind to tolerate that !!!
Any advice or suggestions ???
We also had an aggressive chicken we rehomed to a friend that free ranges her chickens and the chicken was really happy , but I'm trying to manage a happy flock but the pecking order victims I feel sorry for !! I'm hoping that they will eventually integrate now that the rooster is gone .... What did you do for your low chickens in the pecking order ???
Maybe try a bantam rooster. They still crow like all roosters but they aren’t quite as loud, the sound level is smaller. I have noticed my Easter egger rooster does not crow very often at all. I have a full size Orpington that is very calm & cool but very very loud when he crows and a Swedish flower rooster… very docile but geez… he has the loudest freakin crow . Don’t get a Swedish flower rooster if you want quiet.

Got to vouch for the Faverolles, they are in general very peaceful dudes.
They don't crow a ton but you've got to wait until they're out of the cockerel stage to appreciate that fact because they are obnoxious about crowing when they're young like any other breed.:)
Agree, all roosters will talk, depending on circumstances. Learn to love it, or don't have roosters at all.
Salmon Favorelles are pretty peaceful generally, and our white Chanteclers do crow, but are also have quiet temperaments. Your location, and breeding goals, must be considered!
Henderson's breed chart, and feathersite, are good places to look at all the many choices available.
