I am so sorry for your loss. It must have been just awful for you. I will put you in my prayers for a miracle.....they happen every day. There are some homeless chickens out there that are making their way to you.....via eggs or ??????

So sorry to hear about your loss!

If it makes you feel any better, I had a broody hen that I gave 4 refrigerated eggs to (no clue how long they were in the fridge, anwhere from 1-10 days) and ALL hatched!

One of them I didn't think would after candling, but she hatched out 4 healthy chicks.
