I teach preschool. Even in preschool mean things are said, and mean things happen. There are times I cannot resolve all the actions that happen. I tell the children, I am sorry that happened to them, that the other child should apologize. Things don't always go the way you want or expect them to go in life. I do let them know they were in the right and I am on their side. The best they can do is to avoid the person who hurt them. Even if someone apologizes, guard your heart, (narcissists will apologize to get you back then repeat a pattern. That is called love bombing.)

I remember being 12 and sad. I wanted to listen to sad music because I was sad. I put on a 45, Queen, "We are the champions." It mad me the opposite of sad, I dumped all those, "friends" and never looked back. Best day of my life.

@Oob Child I know what your going through. I'm in highschool now and everyone there is like twice my size. So basically whenever I step outside there are a bunch of gorillas making fun of my height. Not to mention I'm dealing with depression and things just haven't been going great this year

The birb king, one of the things I used to watch with my son, who was young at the time, was Fear Factor, this was probably in the 2000's. He was a bit young for the show. But every show we watched, physically the smaller guys wiped out the larger guys. (Mostly because it was about lifting your own body weight which the bigger guys could not do,) My son was the smallest in his class. But fear factor, It really built his confidence. He also studied Hapkido, a martial art. He had to take on guys 2x his size and 2 years older, in school,* but it earned him respect, plus he was a guitarist, who played in festivals. He looked like Taylor Lautner (also short) so by high school he had confidence, and also became the kind of person people would go to for advise. He ended up being 5'9''. But he was just an all around nice guy, he is a groomsman or a best man in the bullies of the schools weddings, or still friends with them today.

On another subject, young people get pimples, I advise, L-lysine, is is a over the counter vitamin supplement, I take one anytime I feel a pimple coming on. It is good for skin, and mouth canker/cold sores.

* The one older boy was a bully, who was harassing my son's friends. My son walked up to the bully (I saw,) The bully was one head taller. My son looking up at the bully, he said "why are you harassing my friends?" The bully said "Aaah!" and tried to lazy slap my son. My son grabbed his arm and did a wrist twist, to where the boy was turned back and away from my son, face aimed at the ground mouth open in pain. Afterwards for years, even though he was taller bigger kid than my son, if he saw my son coming he would press his back against the wall sliding against it, and try and leave the room. By the time he got to HS though they were friends.
