The picture you posted of him and everyone else so happy and cheerful is a wonderful thing. Since that is the only context I have to picture him, I'll pray for him with that image in mind, and for you, that you and your family keep THAT image in your hearts as well.

Though he has Alzheimers, or maybe because he has Alzheimers, I'm going to trust that in his heart, that picture shows how HE feels right now as well. Safe and happy, feeling the love and joy of that day.
