Need advice about chicks..

Hello ...yestarday i got day old chicks ..they r 10 in number..yesterday they were of 2 days..9 of them r eating but one is not eating but driking well...today i saw in morning 9 of them were eating but that one chick is going on sleeping under the heat lamp...he is having some brown color thing in his nortrills..what is this?he is not eating..please help me friends

Can you take a picture of it? The brown thing could be anything. You can try to wipe it off if it looks like it's bothering the breathing of the chick. It might be some crusted on feed or dirt. Whenever I have a chick that looks sick, I put a spoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar in their water, and they are usually doing well in a couple hours. I hope the chick does better.

Now i m attending a lecture..i will wipe it out and try acv..thanks ..if it does not cure i will upload the pic for sure
