In the Brooder
I am no expert just learning. I hatched silkie chicks so far and peachicks. I read on other forums if you are unsure of the age of eggs to stop turning when the aircell drawsdown , that is when the beak punctures the internal airsack. Search up "drawdown" so you know what that looks like. I started incubating because the qauils in my yard leaves unhatched fully develooed eggs behind , sometimes i find abandoned clutch and hatch them. With the quial eggs i could not see inside so i kept turning until i heard pecking or chirping inside egg, then i stopped turning.
