Advice Needed!
First time using this little incubator. Brinsea Mini Advance. No humidity pump.
Will be incubating Large Fowl Orpington eggs.

What type of hygrometer would you recommend?
What turning angle should I use? I've seen suggestions of 10, 12 and 15.
What cooling period should I use? is 1 hour best?
And is preset temp at 99.5 good or should I bump it up alittle to 99.8?

Any recommendations or past experiences with this little bator would be appreciated!

That's a good incubator, but don't overthink it. Keep the temp as is (99.5), use the chart in the manual to determine turning duration, and if you want to check humidity, get a digital one and check it periodically. Me, I just fill the center cups as directed in the manual.

The Brinsea people have everything you need in the manual-they know what they are talking about :)
