Need advice on broken beak

I came outside to find my polish rooster’s (super long) beak folded inside his mouth. I don’t know what to do. Any advice?

Can you post another picture in better light?

Looks like it hasn't reached the cuticle. Is he bleeding at all? From the looks of it, you might be able to just trim off the hanging bit, file it smooth (if you can do so without causing bleeding), and let him grow it back. I'd expect he can still eat pretty normally, with just that little bit missing.

It doesn’t look too bad to me. If that was my chicken I would probably just trim off that broken piece, file it smooth and apply a little styptic if it bleeds.
