Need Advice On Building An Incubator

I want to build an incubator for 100+ pheasant and chicken sized eggs and I want it to have automatic turners. I would really appreciate any advice or instructions anyone has to offer. I'm not totally sure of all the parts and mechanisms I would need to build a quality one. Also, do you guys think homemade incubators work just as well as store bought ones? I want to give myself the best shot at hatching a high percentage of eggs but I'm trying to save some money. I just don't want to regret it.
