I noticed today that the Rhode Island Red that has been mating with the females have indeed left a huge spot on the back of one of the hens neck. There are no feathers there and it is down to the meat. It is best to separate them. I do NOT want the RIR to hurt any of our hens. Could anyone give me advice please. Our hens are NOT RIR. I need advice asap please. Thanks..!!!
