Need advice...puzzling hatch!

I am finishing a hatch (the very first one) in my new Kingsuro R-com incubator. The whole incubation went fine...even temps and humidity. First chick hatched out at 19 days...and the other chicks seemed to hatch "on time", though my marans eggs were the last to hatch. I'm now on day 23 and there are two eggs left in the incubator, tryin to hatch. I'm just curious at to the wide disparity in hatching times. Is it due to hot/cold spots? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

i have heard that marens take longer. did they hatch from smallest to largest? i do have sweet spots in my bator. could be fan or lack of. a lot of causes

My speckled sussex and leghorns hatched first, then cream legbars. All of the marans eggs didn't pip until day 21 and later. Funny thing is, when I hatch in my 1602 Hovabator everything comes out on time together. And it doesn't even have a fan like the rcom.
