We have a 2 year old black sex link hen who was lethargic and not eating about a week ago. She was drinking a lot and had diarrhea. We moved her to a quarantine pen in case she was sick, gave her electrolytes and have started mixing Rooster Booster into her food. A few days ago she seems to have gotten her appetite back and has been alert and eating again. She still is not laying eggs, though, and previously was our most consistent layer by far. So my question is, not knowing what was wrong to begin with, should I be concerned about the rest of the flock at this point, or just move her back on in to the coop with her sisters?

Chances are if she was sick, the other birds have already been exposed before you removed her from the flock.
Was it hot where you live? They can drink a lot more and have much looser poops when it hot out.

And sometimes they just have loose poops and nothing is wrong.
There's wide range of 'normal' poops, here's some examples:

Don't overreact to some of the abnormal ones, they are just one indication of possible illness.

Putting her back after a week moves you into integration territory, they may not accept her back without a fuss.
Read up on integration..... BYC advanced search>titles only>integration
