I have two hens. My Silkie is sneezing, so I just isolated her and started on denaguard. I have had a hen necropsied and test positive for MG/MS.
I will treat her for 3 days and see if there's improvement.
However I'm concerned for her partner. It's getting cold, down to 20 at night. I'm concerned for her alone in the coop without her partner to warm with. Should I bring her in too? Can I crate her next to the Silkie? I could give her a preventative dose while I have them both isolated?
Thoughts?
