I need help in diagnosing feather loss at few of my chickens.
It is mostly on the back /tail area.
No evidence of mites, fleas nor lice.
Skin under is red.

It looks like your rooster is giving them a little too much attention. A hen apron or chicken saddle may help them until their backsides can heal a little. :)
 
How many hens do you have? For two rooster, you should have twenty hens.

The hens are being overmated and their feathers are being ripped out and they could very easily be injured.

I don’t have rooster experience myself, but based on many other posts I’ve seen, I agree it is likely rooster damage. Do the boys get along? Can you separate them from the girls for a bit to give them a break? Would you consider giving one up?

I realize now that well have to let go of one of the roosters.Thx
