Need "alternative to a ramp" ideas

I've been using a temporary solution of an old sawhorse with scrap T-111 leaning on it but I'm tired of looking at that ugliness and want something nice/natural looking. I have lots of branches/dead tree wood available. The pop door is up about 30" above ground height and the door swings up.

Brilliant solutions?

ETA: and it needs to support a 1 gallon hanging waterer on one side.

if you have downed trees, I'd just strap 3 or 4 together and then use the sticks to go across at intervals to help them go up... it's natural and found material. we live on the ocean so I tend to love everything that looks like it was meant to be there: not manufactured to look perfect... just my 2 cents worth
