Need amish bread starter advice

Well, I started my sourdough started on friday, I tried Miss Prissys wild yeast starter. I didn't catch a wild yeast, so today I added the yeast like she instructed, now here's where I'm stuck.... Day 5 is Wednesday, where I add more flour, sugar and milk... Since I had to add yeast today, So I need to start over on my 5 day count, or stick with Wednesday?

I would think you would have to start over to give the yeast time to work? Not really sure though. When I saw the title of your thread "amish bread starter advice" my first thought was DON'T!
