Need assistance with the SOP

I'm needing the SOP book and looked online but came up with a zillion different choices. Can someone tell me which one I'm needing and maybe what the deal is with soooo many choices?
I'm thinking I need the 2010 edition but just not quite sure

I just glanced at Ebay and it looks like they're selling for about $25 used.
