Need chicken environment enrichment

I have raccoons here they dont get in my run but it is covered and they would have to dig down 2cinder blocks deep and get through welded wire to dig under my run

There are raccoons in Florida and they are there whether you see them or not.

The racoons in South Florida are about all gone because of pythons. I'm not sure what danger the chickens are in because of the Burmese python. If this virus would let up I could drop you some birds off on my way to key west.

I planted a couple of patches of rye seeds and covered them with window frames that I had replaced the screening with 1/2 in hardware cloth. The girls love to peck at the blades of rye grass growing through the hardware cloth. They can't reach the ground to scratch it to pieces and I just replant as needed.
