Need Everyone To Cross Their Fingers For My BIL. Please.

My husbands brother is missing. The last anyone has heard of him was last week Wednesday morning at 5 a.m.
His van was just found tonight.. it was in the city with 4 black men in it doing a drug deal. They ran from the cops and got into an accident.. 3 of the men got away..one was caught.
When i heard about the van thing tonight..i broke down.. i just have a very bad feeling that hes gone.
We have been calling his cell phone. No answer... until tonight. Someone picked up and said "Why dont you just give up"
Things arent looking good for his safe return...
He does have a history of drug use.. but has been clean for a long while now and doing good. And anytime hes ever "messed up".. hes ALWAYS called his family right away to let them know where he was. (rehab or wherever..) Hes ALWAYS called.
He has no money..no food.. no vehicle (now)..nothing.
We're all very hurt and scared for him right now.
If anyone has any good luck mojo.. send it our way..please.
