I just got caught up on this thread! Im happy for you that he was not only found, but that he is safe and is getting the help he needs.

Good news! Hopefully this is his "bottom." (This from someone who has been there.) Until he truely bottoms out, he can not get well. That having been said, getting well is possible. You know the difference between loving and enabling. From his comments to his parents, he does too. Hopefully this will be the impetus that leads to his recovery. There are people out there who are willing to help. Rehab coupled with one of the step programs and support can make recovery possible. I wish him luck and offer prayers for his recovery.
