Need guy help for a man gift!!!

Oh my there are alot of different kinds of knives! He already has the Wusthof bread and santoku knives. I think a paring knife would be useful (doesn't really have any of those) but if you had to pick one other good knife, which one (or two?) would it be? We don't really have a need for steak knives, but what other type would be useful?

Go to World Market at Avon Commons and make a big basket of stuff for the kitchen! (I'm from Lakewood

For someone who really likes to cook- they sell Truffle Butter online- not too expensive, and I've heard great things about it.

Good idea - would you believe I live right down the road and I've never been there?!

I used to live in Lakewood, 20 years ago and still have family there. Small world!!

Thanks Maxx but he's out of room. I already told him he needs to expand off the barn because when I move in there next summer, I'm bringing all my birds with me! He's not that motivated

A gift card from Cabelas, a LOT of useful stuff in that store! I usually get a couple every year and and hold onto them until there is something I need, they really come in handy!

I'm horrible at buying men gifts. just so difficult.
So far this year I bought for my hubby for Christmas, a nice oilskin hat and a pocket knife with a smooth blade and one serrated blade.

I bought him some "thin" gloves, he asked for those as the winter gloves he has are so think he can't move his fingers much. I got North Face Denalli gloves I think I might have got a size a little tight.

PlayMatters is one of the best toystores EVER- it's in Avon Commons too- in case you have any little ones to shop for. Ha- I have family in Elyria & North Ridgeville too. Love it out there- where they haven't developed everything anyway. It used to be so "country'.

Reminds me- Is the BackPacker's Shop still there? ( on 83 maybe? )They always had lots of "cooking in the woods" stuff.

I've been to PlayMatters - it is a cool store. I can't picture the Back Packer's store though. I think there's one in Lakewood but they are really expensive. I actually live on 83! Do you remember if it was towards Avon or Grafton?

I like the Cabella's idea too - he has their catalog on his coffee table and I know he could find many things to pick from with a gift card. I think I'll hit Gander Mountain - they have wood chips for smoking there, and he could use a new hat too.
