"Need Help Again Please" Days Old Chicks Running Sideways "Drunk"

Here I go again needing more help from y'all awesome chicken people!! This time days old Serama chicks hatched by their mommy are running sideways real fast and flipping over like the are drunk. All my many years of breeding, incubating, and everything else to do with chickens......I have never experienced this before. The babies that I have hatched are fine, but a few I had to bring in from their mommies have been doing this. They are fine for the first few days and then it hits quick!! I'm thinking neurology. Also, these are from my first time hen/pullet eggs. Any suggestions would be appreciated and thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you are having so many problems
It does sound neurological. You can try Vitamin E and B-Complex to see if that makes a difference.
That young, 1-2drops direct dose of Poultry Nutri-Drench for each chick may work.

I did put them on b vit but forgot about the e vit. You are awesome!! I'll give them some of that now. They seem to doing better since the b vit. Thank you again and please don't ever leave this site

I didn't really need to give them the Vit E...thank goodness!!! Bouncing around like babies should now!!
