Thank you so much and aslo it's not mites or lice I checked. It was in the dirt a couple of minutes agoMost likely cockerel with those red wattles... guessing 6-7 weeks old.
Add in and age for better educated opinions.

Also, when I zoom in on those tail feathers... looks like you might have some lice or mite issue munching on them.. I HIGHLY suggest treating, with a permethrin based product if available.![]()

My 11 week RIRs don’t even have combs that big. So definitely leaning cockerel
