Need help asap worming

Dont use Valbazen for tapeworms. Use Equimax equine paste. You can buy it in the equine section at any feed store or TSC.
Thank you. Unfortunately I already used Valbazen on them yesterday. Should I wait so many days before using the equine paste?

I forgot to add that since you're dealing with tapeworms, you only have to treat the birds that excreted the white rice-like segments in feces.
Thank you! Unfortunately I’m unsure who has it exactly forsure I know 4/5 but I’m suspecting a couple others who are very thin. Looking for a feed store that has it in stock. The local ones are sold out until next shipment

Also forgot to ask should I skip the 2nd dose of Valbazen? I did the first dose Thursday and then was suppose to do a Second dose in 10 days.

Yes, go ahead and skip the 2nd dose of Valbazen. You can also use Zimecterin Gold equine paste. It'll take care of tapeworms as well.

Once one chicken has them, the rest are very quick to follow. In my country, we put the medicine in the water, so everyone drinks it. Then, you may want to get them out and spray against worms in the coop or their yard.
(Never had worms with my chickens though, but when I had rabbits we sprayed everything, they had to be outside for a couple days.)

Worm eggs are hard to kill in the soil. They can survive for years in the soil, including frozen ground. Only fire or steam can eliminate them.

Some insects can be vectors for some types of roundworms and all tapeworms. Treating the soil to eliminate insects is fine, provided your birds are penned.

I rarely recommend putting wormers in water for birds to drink. There's no guarantee that birds will drink the treated water, or drink enough of the treated water to be effective, sick wormy birds rarely drink at all. Direct oral dosing is best, that way you know they properly wormed. No guesswork about it.

Isn’t aquasol a thing you put in the water? If they don’t have water in the evening, they WILL drink it. But I think you’re the expert so, I’ll believe what you say, it’s just a question
