Need help baby chicks hatching now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my fisrt time

will they be ok with turner now? It seems to move more when im looking in i think it hears me when i talk thats when it start moving more.

No i think there will be more the one i put a week erlier is not hatched yet today is the 22 day from that one i think. M y turner has its own plug should i unplug it. the heat will still stay on.

Definately turn the turner off until you take the chick out. I would wait until its dry than put it in the brooder. You can turn your turner back on then. Don't do like I did and forget for a day to plug it back in. Sounds like you will have a lonely chick for a few days. Good luck!!
