I’ve tried splinting It and nothing happened. Someone suggested a vitamin B deficency and someone else on google said a riboflavin deficency. I have no clue what to do.

You need to straighten them asap. Essentially get them in the correct positions and keep them there a couple of days. Poultry vitamins in the water might help. Here are some pics for ideas. People use strong tape like medical bandage tape or a piece of plastic or cardboard underneath with tape over the top of the toes.

I had it taped for 2 days, band aid and cardboard. Poultry vitamins did nothing

Which poultry vitamins? I've never used ones specifically for poultry, but I have heard that many don't actually contain much in the way of B-vitamins.

I believe that's because B's are water-soluble (along with C) and don't dissolve well in the solutions that carry other essential vitamins and are often left out.

I gave it straight nutri drench and straight poultry cell. I’m gonna pick up some vitamin B now. I didn’t realize it was the same as riboflavin

then I worry that there is something else more fundamentally wrong...
It’ll scramble around and it gets itself to the food and water, and it’ll actually put itself in the food bowl, which Is why I’m not scrambling for something right away but it definitely is More than the toes
