I am looking for a smaller sized incubator that I am wanting hatch some Button Quail eggs, this will be my first time so any advice on the hatching and incubating would be helpful. I don't know what would be a suitable incubator for some of the tiny eggs. I found one that is a little more than I was hoping to spend but is alot less than what is listed on the site I found, it is a VWR

Economy Incubators, Model 1510E. I didn't know if that one was decent or not, I would prefer a smaller one but just want a reliable incubator

Good grief that is a tad pricey! How many eggs were you looking to hatch at a time?

I am a big fan of Brinsea incubators. The Brinsea Octagon 40 hold 40 chicken eggs (more quail, as the egg dividers are adjustable) and includes autoturning for about $500.

As far as advice goes.....sit on your hands while the eggs are in the bator. Especially during the 3 days before hatching. Believe me, you'll want to open that bator.
