Zoom in and you will see the pointy hackle and saddle feathers. It's a Boy!

Hmmm I thought I saw them too but the more I go back and look the more I think it was just a trick of the lighting on the feathers. I'm going to actually agree with @RoostersAreAwesome here and say this may be a Pullet looking at these pics and the comb. It would be helpful though if @ACM could give us some clear pictures of the bird in sunlight
