Need help determining if my chick is sick or just... different?

I agree that is her breathing. I can't tell from the video if her beak is open-a panting chicken is a hot chicken but i would think they would all be hot so that's unlikely. Definitely not normal and needs to be investigated further.

I have a Blue Splash Maran that is just the same. All arrived together 2 days old. She however is so tiny at the 3rd week. She sleeps a lot, she does chirp, she runs to her food and water and then she looks around to make sure all is clear to head back to the brooder. While the others are running amok ..Tiny Tiny. There are three chicks that watch over her and snuggle with her. I will attach photos
