need help fast

the problim is i have 1 hen that sits on nest till 4 days ago then another started to sit pushed first one to front of the box eggs started to hatch went out this morning one chick was out of the box both hens still on box tryed to put chick back the hen that had been siting started floging chick so i pulled her off the box was that right or wrong will the other get off with chicks or should i pull her and put on difrent box with eggs

I would pull the newest sitting hen off and put her somewhere else. Let the orginal finish her stint.

ok what about the floging the chicks that have hatched and ty for help

Maybe if you move the other hen the mother will take care of it, otherwise you'll have to put it under a heatlamp and I'd take the others that hatched away from her when she is finished.
