I'm on day 30 and my golden pheasant eggs just started pipping - just sayin, it's not necessarily 25 days - these ones are taking as long as the peacocks did!

This is an extermely old thread....but anyway, if your on day 30 and just getting pips, either temperature was too low or you mis-calulated the start date. Goldens incubation period is 21 days, same as chickens. If running a little warmer, say 100F, then they will hatch on day 20, if running a little cold (97), day 22 and really cold (95F), day 23 and up but the normal average time is 21days.
