Need help hatching!

How soon after chick hatches until I need to remove it from incubator-immediately?

You leave them in until all are hatched. They should be dry and walking around. I have left them in for 2 days waiting on late hatchers. They can live off thier yolks for a few days. Edited to ad: don't open the bator or it can mess up the rest of the eggs!!!!!

I wait until they have their legs under them and are stable. I keep my warm, clean and soothing brooder waiting for them.
