If they're cool, start them at 99.5°F. Once warmed up, drop the temp to 98.5°F for the rest of the lockdown period.

Humidity should be at 55% - 65% during lockdown.

Should i leave the wet paper towels even do they get cold. Should i just put a damp paper towul underneath the eggs or should i put damp paper towels around the small container

Don't put the eggs on the wet paper towels, but add them near the eggs where the heat source is to create humidity.

Oh ok so i take off the damp paper towel on the bottom and just put some damo papers on the sides of the container right

Well, anywhere but on, or under the eggs.
The paper towels will have a better results if more wet, then damp. Not soaking wet, just wetter then damp, if you know what I am saying?

That looks good. Do you have holes in the lid to allow excess humidity to escape, & allow the chicks to breathe?
