Took good care of them they are alive inside now i should put them under the heat lamp and change the damp towels on the container every so often right of do i leave it
I see the beginning of the one egg starting to zip.

How long has she been off the nest for is the question?
She was off and didn't go back in a put them under the heat lamp if i feel the eggs are getting a bit cold i move them toward the red light if i feel the eggs a bit to warm i move them a bit back i hear them chirping inside one is doing great the other egg doesn't have a chip yet but is moving and Peking around

Put a wet paper towel by them, and they should be under the heat lamp. They need plenty of humidity or they won't be able to get out of there eggs. One thing you can do if you need to encourage them to come out is tap gently where they have a pip. Otherwise, try and leave them alone, I would keep them in the container with the lid on but not shut tight. Kinda like a makeshift incubator. Hoping they hatch!

You can place them in between the red, & the cooler area. I believe that spot will be the most stable with temperature.

Is it normal for the container to get cool because the paper towels start getting cool and cools the container inside

Place the paper towels closer to the heat in the container, & they should stay abit warmer.
Yes its normal. I've done brooder box hatchings when eggs were 6 days away from hatching using a regular light bulb, & wet paper towels 4 times.
