It can take up to a day from pip to hatch, IME. Just keep that temperature stable and wait.

Oh okay because i had to help this chick it was in the same spot for at least 12 hours

The beak was just biting in the same spot and wasn't moving to peck the other sides i carefully removed half of the top layer shell to make it easier for her
