Check underneath and see if the yolksac has been completely absorbed, if you're gonna mess with it.

Other egg has a peck on the egg im going to give it 24 hours to hatch if by then it hasn't hatched i will help a little but chick is doing great!

I'm glad it came off.
That's great! Give it 24 hours with no progress. If it's still making progress in 24 hours leave him be. How long has he been externally pipped?
