Need help identifying footprints!

Hello,

This morning I went outside and saw a LOT of footprints around my chicken coop. Whatever made them didn't get inside, but it makes me nervous anyways and I'd really like to know what animal it was. I found the same footprints on the roof of my rabbit hutch which is nearby.

I live in a rural area in Ontario btw. Pictures of the footprints are attached below.
Any help is very much appreciated - thanks for reading!

Can't really tell scale, but some of them look more like fox to me. The raccoon tracks I've seen are more hand-like (like in @Lady Lionheart 's pic).
If you can borrow a game camera and set it up, that may answer for sure. Make sure everything is secure, it will probably be back.

There are a lot of tracks in those pics, and some are easier to see than others... a fox would only have 4 toes, whereas a raccoon would have 5. When I first looked I thought I counted 5 toes, but when I look at some tracks I only see 4... perhaps in person you can take a better look and count the toes.

True, but some are very hard to tell since they are tracked over. Some I'm not even sure are all from the same animal. In the bottom picture I see one with 5 toes (the one on top), and two that look like 4 toes, and all are tracked over.
I'm certainly NOT an expert, and would probably fail a test on it!!
That's why I like game camera's.
