Need help identifying rabbits color/breed!!!! (Pics)

Ok....I just went out and weighed him....He is about 6.6 lbs compared to my young Flemish Giant who is exactly 11 lbs....

I was also wondering if it's possible he is part rex but somwhere along the way he lost the soft fur?
