Looks like a black mottled Cochin. I have one myself... Black with white polka dots.

My cochin chicks are my first. Mine are pretty wild and active, but I have been told they are calm and friendly when they grow up.

A friend of mine has bantam frizzle cochins. VERY sweet and loving and make great moms. Hers love to sit in your lap.
